Terms of service

Bharat Balance is a personal analytics tool. You upload your own bank statements and it shows you where your money went. It is not a bank, not a payment service and not a financial advisor. It can never move money or access your bank account.

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secret, and be responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person.

• Upload only statements you are legally entitled to hold.
• Don't attempt to access other accounts, probe our infrastructure destructively, or overload the service with automated traffic.
• Don't use Bharat Balance for anything unlawful.

Transactions are extracted automatically, which is why every upload shows a review step before anything is saved. Extraction can miss or misread rows. Always verify against your bank statement before relying on a number for tax, legal or financial decisions.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features may change or be removed.

You can delete your data or ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@bharatbalance.app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Bharat Balance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made from extracted figures.
